OSIA has been enriching Italian culture in the U.S. for almost 100 years. With this thought in mind, Cristoforo Colombo Lodge 1309 has assembled this cookbook as a way of sharing our culture. Our members have shared many beloved italian recipes handed down through generations. In addition, the book includes many local Italian family photos.

We are offering the Antipasto to Zablione Traditions continue Cookbook for a limited while supplies last for $20 per book. The proceeds are used by the club for various expenses, including funding our scholarships.
